our valentine's stay at the coachhouse was even better than our previous visit to colwyn bay. the cottage had plenty of room for us and our dog, monty, and served as a perfect base for exploring snowdonia. we loved the secluded yet convenient location, with private parking and easy access to town. the owners were incredibly helpful and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable.
Minor issue with cleanliness.

The cottage itself was cozy and clean, and had everything we needed for our stay. We were able to easily collect the keys from the owners who live on the property. The location was great, with plenty of shops and food outlets within walking distance.
There was no enclosed outside area for our dog, which would have been nice. the sofa bed in the cottage was not very comfortable.

We had an incredible stay at a cottage with a private hot tub. The hosts were incredibly attentive and made us feel right at home. The hot tub was a fantastic addition and provided a relaxing experience. We also loved the lovely garden and enjoyed the trampoline, slide, and swings. The location was perfect, with both the park and the beach within easy walking distance. Even though we had a few minor inconveniences, such as uncomfortable sofa beds and a broken swingset, overall, we had a fantastic time. The breakfast at the local beachfront restaurant was amazing, and even in the windy weather, we had a great time at the beach. We highly recommend this accommodation for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. I would definitely recommend this place.

The location of the cottage was perfect for exploring the town and attending the theater. It was within walking distance of the main road and town, making it extremely convenient. The private parking in the grounds was also a great feature, ensuring that we had a secure and easily accessible place to park our car. The owners of the cottage were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to assist us during our stay. They were flexible with our check-in and check-out times and provided us with directions and helpful recommendations. Tea and coffee were also provided, which was a nice touch.
. The lighting in the bedrooms was quite poor, especially when trying to apply makeup.

Fantastic little home away from home! the two comfortable bedrooms and clean and tidy bathroom were just what we needed. We also loved the well, equipped kitchen, especially with the independent thermostatic control in each room , perfect for those chilly evenings. And having off, road parking right outside was a bonus! Best aspects: Comfortable bedrooms and clean bathroom. Well, equipped kitchen with independent thermostatic control.
The lack of hanging space for coats, but it wasn't a major issue for our short stay. It was also a bit disappointing to see that Colwyn Bay was quite run down, but thankfully the location of the cottage was nice and the cottage itself was well, maintained.

The location of this cottage was fantastic! We were just a short walk away from both the park and the beach, which was perfect for our romantic escape. It was so convenient to be able to go for leisurely strolls and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. Plus, the BBQ area in the garden was a great bonus. We loved being able to cook and eat outside, especially with the nice weather. It added an extra touch of relaxation to our stay.
. The cutlery provided was quite cumbersome and could have been lighter and smaller, especially for children.
